Our approach to training is very different to other companies. We believe in an informal setting and prefer to conduct our trainings in an in-person environment. We know that due to COVID majority of our competitors have chose to go online or virtual with the exception of a few, and we commend those that have not given in to pre-recorded trainings.
We have instructors who are industry experts ourselves, and our courses are designed by people who have the know how of that particular field or industry. We use adult education principles in our training and use the oreo critique method to make sure the content is being understood properly

This is our second most popular course and for all valid reasons. This course was not as popular before the pandemic as it is now. We understand that people have slumped in to a rut type of environment due to many factors. This training focuses on changing the person’s understanding of productivity from looking busy to actually doing the work required in the shortest amount possible.

This is our third most popular course, and in our opinion should be considered by every corporation. In the recent times we have all heard of staff breaking down in front of a problematic customer or a customer being extremely aggressive and in some cases violent. Our customer service looks at ways an employee can keep themselves in check. The customer service course focuses on the amplifying an employee’s softer side. As we all know that sales is the lifeline, the blood, the heart, the brain of any organization. We believe that the profession of sales has been mudded by all those used car salesmen type of individuals, and this has left with a sour taste in people’s mouth.
